THE CLINAIR-TECH PROJECT INTENDS TO DEVELOP A BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM BASED ON PATENTED METHODOLOGY AND ALGORITHM TO IMPROVE INDOOR AIR QUALITY (IAQ) WITH PREVENTIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE CLEANING PROCESSES OF HVAC-CONDITIONING SYSTEMS. WITH AN INNOVATIVE DATA ACQUISITION DEVICE (FINE POWDERS, HUMIDITY, TEMPERATURE), AN ADVANCED POLYMER FOAM FILTER AND A CLINAIR WEB PLATFORM, IT WILL IMPROVE THE IAQ BY ASSESSING AND PREVENTING NON-INVASIVE CLEANING OF PLANT FILTERS AND PIPELINES HVAC.

Indoor Air Quality

The main consequence of poor Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is a negative impact on the health of people who spend most of their time in indoor environments.

Maintenance interventions are commonly planned for replacing air filter and cleaning the ducts, as well as fixing operating faults in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning ) systems.

GoodAIR system is able to take timely interventions to keep air quality within good and safe levels by continuous monitoring of environmental parameters.

GoodAIR system is able to send alerts and warnings to users in case of thresholds exceeded (PM10, T and so on) or failure events (e.g low battery). In this way HVAC maintainers will be able to perform early interventions such as ducts cleaning and filter replacing.
