GRS – GENERIC RADAR SIMULATOR
It consists of a laboratory radar programmable in the transmission and reception functions and positioned in a 3d scenario, to be used in the field of tests for electronic warfare apparatuses. The transmitted signal is injected into a jammer under test, and the activated countermeasure is injected into the GRS together with the generated echo Radar, Clutter and ECM techniques signals generated by a system called the Radar Target Response Simulator (RTRS) equipped with digital memories.
